1st off Yes your doctors and nurses are AWESOME❤️

GET SOME ORGANISATION FOR FFS!
We were told to be here at 10.30am for a MRI and still waiting at 4.30pm,meanwhile my 6year old has had to fast ALL DAY and since last night!
DISGUSTED-this is health care-I get they need a few hours but this is a joke.
EDIT-all up we waited 9-1/2 hours for a yearly routine MRI!

An amazing group of people that made my stay at the hospital as comfortable as was possible. The nurses are amazing and go out of their way to make sure everything runs as well as can be hoped for and always keep you informed along the way as to what is happening.

In the past we have had excellent service at this hospital however, today I can't believe how poor the service was. I was told that my father was being discharged in the morning so I took the morning off work. By 12pm still not discharged and was told to come back around 4-5pm. It's 5.15 and we're still waiting. My dad is 85 years old and doesn't need to be put through a whole day of just waiting around. Very disappointing service from this 'state of the art' hospital.

Had a stroke, got taken by ambulance to this hospital. I was put under sedation and out by the time I got to the hospital. In fact out for 2 days. I was flabbergasted that they first diagnosed me as having taken drugs! I don't take any drugs! They took a lot of x-rays. Then next morning they took an MRI and found I had a stroke in the brain. They didn't address this on the day, but instead assumed I had taken drugs. And they have an entire ward for stroke patients. It's too late now but had they detected I was having a stroke they may have been able to do something about it.

The staff were generally polite, professional, and helpful. Generally.

I was there for ~ 2 weeks before being moved to another hospital.

I was recently operated on 21/8/17. On the Brain for the second time and they couldn't have been nicer.
You wouldn't get a better bunch of nurses in the
Neurology Ward and the surgeon's we're outstanding.
All on Medicare.
I would like to thank Dr N. Little and his team.
I wouldn't be here a second time without them.

I gave birth there and the service was outstanding. Every single person was professional and kind. My labor was difficult but thank to the midwives and doctors, I didn't feel like I was doing it alone. I highly recommend RNSH.

A good place to be if you are sick or had an accident. The staff that I encountered where very busy but friendly and helpful. Parking was about $15 which would add up if you were visiting someone. In my opinion the hospital is to big. I much prefer the size of Mona vale in Sydney's North.

User

They did a good job fixing a friend of mine after a crash, but only having 15 mins free parking is outrageous, it took 15 mins to find his room let alone get him back to the car. The few free spaces are all taken or 5 minute limited

all my previous experiences were great except today's as my eye was checked by Michael Wei (sorry this surname could be wrong), an asian eye specialist worked on 05 January 2017 in eye clinic. He constantly and rudely stopped me while I was explaining my concerns, judged me without me finishing my words and it seemed like that he hated me very much? come on, we only first met ok that day? what's going on? totally makes no sense to me? he gave me drops and followed with tissues in his hands pushing my eyes instead of gentle cleaning. well maybe this action has nothing wrong with however, none of the previous eye specialists or doctors that I met have done this. I finally got a chance to talk in full sentences without being disrupted because i told him not to disturb before i started, then he listened. a doctor without patience how to treat patients? attitude is terrible, not from his heart to help patients please don't sit in that room.
