Only visit as a last resort. The appointments seem to be always running behind schedule despite the fact the Doctors seem to spend the as little time as possible with patients. My partner saw Dr. Ahmed twice whom in both instances was not informative or caring but dismissive. She then referred us to a specialist who seemed confused as to why the GP had given a referral and not clearly explaining my partners options (understanding that surgery was not one of them) and dealing with this at the clinic. We have now wasted $400 only to be back at square one, seeing a GP elsewhere to get the simple advice and service she needed.

Terrible at calling patients back with blood results. Especially when you are sick and you are trying to figure out what is wrong with you. Supposed to get a call on a Wednesday with results. Call Thursday and they say he will call today. Friday comes and you call back. Doctor is away at a doctor’s conference. Yeah ok! Call back Monday
In the meantime you are left not knowing what is going on. Great place
Second time this has happened in two weeks

Dr.holloway is the best doctor I have ever seen - I have major anxiety and throughout the procedure and consult, he was really professional whilst trying to make me laugh so I would feel better (as I was having a major panic attack.) Constantly made me feel at ease and relaxed, whilst making me feel safe and in trusted hands. He is the only doctor I will now be seeing, as there have been so many doctors that don't care, try to rush you, and don't take anxiety seriously when trying to consult you about your illness..

10/10 recommend Dr.Holloway! One of the best doctors I have ever met, and will now be the only doctor I will be going to and recommending. Have also gotten my dad to see him and he also loves him.

The doctors here are really good. The reception staff are run off their feet and do the best they can. There is often a long wait but its to be expected in a busy medical centre. Go first thing in the morning and you won't wait. I moved to the other side of the city and make the trek back to Randwick because I wouldn't trust anyone else but Dr Britton.

Staff accusing me of being late although I was exactly one minute early, booked an appointment to see Dr Ahmed, after waiting for half an hour I've been told Dr Ahmed has actually left and they forgot about me.
Got put onto the next doctor and waited another 20 min. It wasn't going to be a long appointment as I just needed my birth control prescription, in the end I got charged 110$ !!!! To get the script

Pretty unfriendly. The receptionists and the doctor. I didn't feelt that someone is interested at whats the problem. They just toke the easiest way to get me out as soon as possible that they dont have to seal with it.

The doc is great but the waiting time is awful. Right now, I've complained to the reception that I've been waiting for more than 1h for my appointment but no one cares about it. I was told that this is normal with every doctor.

The staff are friendly and professional. The doctor's are caring and will give you as much time as is needed so book if possible and be prepared to wait especially if the doctor you want is popular
