Rozelle Medical Centre

When I had my pap smear, the GP told me I would only be called in if the test results were abnormal. I received a call a couple of days ago to discuss my results. Naturally, I spent the next few days terrified, convinced that something was wrong. I went in for my appointment last night, the GP asked what he could help me with, and I told him I was there for my results. He told me they were normal. I mentioned the last few days and he said, "Well I don't know why they would have told you to come in. They shouldn't have done that".
Um . . . thanks? No one needs to go through that stress unnecessarily. Communication is definitely something they need to work on.

One of the staff at the reception should change job!! So rude!! Unfortunately I don't know her name!

Doctors and other staff are very nice

Dreadful experience . Hit me up with $80 only to have one person to refer me to some one else after 4 minutes. Receptionist too caught up with their hairstyles than customer service. Got my name and birth date wrong despite being given photo ID. buggered my Medicare online account and frankly place needs a good clean and better receptionsts

I went to the Medical Centre last week due to the fact that I could not sleep the whole night with pain. I had flu like symptoms and thought it best to have it checked out.
The doctor was very uncaring and didn't question me in relation to my symptoms. She checked my throat and temp. She informed me that I have a minor flu and gave me antibiotics. That it will pass quickly and fine to go to work.
In the following days I developed a rash and the pain persisted.
I went to another medical centre and they informed me that I have the shingles.
I sent a message to the medical centre with my complaint and they never replied. My complaint was that the doctor is very quick in her assessment and did not do a proper check up. Just dismissing my symptoms.
This place is not worth the money they charge, seriously better doctors out there that take the time to talk to patients and do a proper check up.

I have been treated by Dr Zoe who is an extremely empathic and professional general practitioner who is welcoming and positive in her communication and assessment. I have experienced Dr Zoe to call me when planned to discuss results and she has referred me on when necessary to another professional. I can't recommend Dr Zoe enough. It's a pleasure to be her patient. Thank you for your care.

great medical centre.....reception staff are friendly and the doctors there are very caring and competent.....I have had a few medical issues lately unfortunately and I feel that I have been taken care of in the best possible manner.....cannot ask for more.

Aweful service, aweful doctor, been told 4 different things by 3 different people on reception, doctor did not know difference between malaria tablets ( telling me to take malerone onece a week) and when I question her "I am the doctor, I know these things!)
Been told to send in details via email about previous vaccinations but want to charge me for another visit. Went for traveling consultation advised were at high altitudes never prescribed altitude sickness tablets and when I question it I need again another consultation.
See them once they'll want to charge you 3 times
Don't waste your time don't go there

Rude receptionist advised we don't take walk ins at the time I visited because there arent enough doctors to accomodate it. Not my problem and this wasn't stated anywhere. Don't open til seven if you can't take people from seven

Since I moved into the area I have been trying to find a good local doctor. I loved the Rozelle Medical Website Centre website, which told you all about each of the doctors and the services they provide. The female doctor I was assigned to on the day of my appointment had absolutely no bed side manner and treated my problems as frivolous and trivial. I was shocked by her lack of understanding of my particular illness and how it appeared very unimportant and something i will just "get over". When I have struggled with this illness for more than 22 years, it is not something you just "get over". I was shocked at her attitude and unprofessional practice and will definitely not be back to see her again.

Had three different appointments and always found staff and Doctors to be excellent.
