GRAEME LATTA (Managing Director)
Graeme started RTF in 1994 to provide a much more extensive range of financial products & services to businesses.

With his finance experience gained from Associated Midland, AGC, Orix Australia Corporation Limited and prior to that insurance experience from South British United Insurance Company, his wealth of knowledge in both fields has seen RTF grow from strength to strength.

Graeme's understanding of his client's needs includes his large network of contacts from auctioneers, solicitors, accountants, property developers, truck, trailer & heavy equipment dealers, car dealers etc, to get the right equipment /advice his client requires. He also has extensive knowledge of commercial property and again a network of contacts in this field.

Graeme attends most yearly transport conferences and is also a member of the CAFBA (Commercial Asset Finance Brokers Association of Aust Ltd). All of these allow RTF to keep abreast of new developments in the transport & finance industries.

ALAN HICKING (Finance Manager)
Alan joined RTF in February 1999 after a 10 year career with AGC & some years prior with the Commonwealth Bank.

He is responsible for the day to day running of the office and the efficient processing of credit applications.

Alan's expertise lies in not only understanding the client's business and getting the best priced, best deal for them but also understanding the lender's criteria. He also has an excellent understanding on the GST implications of financing.

Alan has also attained 3 years qualifications in accounting and has a Diploma of Financial Services (Finance /Mortgage Broking Management).

James Power (Broker)
James joined the RTF team in November 2016 having gained experience with Suncorp & Bank of Queensland (BOQ) over a 15 year period.

James has a great understanding of Risk & Credit for equipment finance products & this experience & knowledge makes him a valuable member of the team.

James’ qualifications include Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management, A member of CAFBA (Commercial Asset Finance Brokers Association of Australia Ltd), Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA), Credit and Investments Ombudsman.

James enjoys most sports and currently coaches his sons Baseball Team (Blacktown Workers Baseball Club) & is also Club Secretary of the Kellyville Bushrangers Junior Rugby League Club.

ANITA RAMONDETTA (Assistant Credit Officer)
Anita began working at RTF in February 2011. Prior to this she worked in a finance brokerage for 11 years in a similar role.

Anita is our receptionist and also processes the finance transactions from approval to settlement. Her efficiency and knowledge enables RTF to complete in-house documentation for 8 major lenders.


WENDY LATTA (Administration Manager)
Wendy started with RTF in 1995 having worked for Westpac Banking Corporation, American International Underwriters, QBE Insurance & McPhees Transport.

She is responsible for the administration of the business and supports Alan & Anita when needed.
