Ruberto Pty Ltd was established in the early 1960's, and now is a parent of 3 brands; Ruberto Vegetable Farms, Giardino - The Italian Market Gardener and freshfarms.com. au. Built by Vincenzo Ruberto a migrant from Lamezia Terme, Calabria, Italy. Back in the 60's resources were minimal, and Vince started his venture with passion, dedication, motivation and just one suitcase. Today we have grown to a company employing up to 20 staff depending on season, and are a major fresh cuts supplier to leading processors supplying well recognised food chains across the country. We began our venture into Organic farming in 2012 and are certified Organic In-Conversion, and have structured our approach to farming across the company to promote environmental and health sustainability in growing methods and marketing.
