Friendly staff but not great coffee. Each time I have visited I have ordered a different drink and they’ve all tasted very similar and not at all how they’re supposed to. They don’t taste unpleasant but if I’m going to pay extra for certain drinks I want it to be right. I also had the banana bread and it has always been either a hit or a miss. The first piece I ever had was amazing but anything after that has been below average. Toasting also seems to mean burning one side of the bread and not giving it to you until it’s cold. But it is the closest cafe to me so I’m hoping that the coffee making skills improve.
