Great little shop. Good variety of quality running shoes. Customer service and knowledge is outstanding.

ORTHOTICS, Bad Experience - I got a new pair of orthotics here from Phil, was surprised from the start how they were so different from my last ones I had done by a professional and qualified Podiatrists in North Sydney (wish now I had found him again and not gone local) I have been to 2 more podiatrists to confirm they are totally incorrect. No wonder I am getting no relief from these. I am extremely broke, and annoyed about this and feel totally ripped off. I also bought the most expensive pair of Brooks shoes which were over priced compared to other running stores. The whole experience felt wrong somehow, even the equipment used for the scanning was extremely basic. I am so annoyed that I waisted my money with these people.

Fantastic service-focussed running store that really shows why good brick-and-mortar places are worth their weight in gold. Fletch and the RS team have a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for running that translates to solid advice whether you're doing your first 5km or tenth Marathon. As well as gear Fletch also helped me prep for my first ultra with invaluable nutrition advice. Great to see RS now also stock a good range of dedicated trail running shoes. You might wait a moment to get served but that's only because they make sure every customer gets as much time as they need to get things right.

Excellent customer service! I took my current running shoes in to Running Science to seek advice on what I should be wearing for training in the gym....and the customer service was awesome. I came away with a pair of shoes I would never have picked myself, but they fit like a glove! I will be buying all my training shoes here in the future. Great work Running Science.

The wait time to get served was extremely long. After 20 mins of not being served, I decided just to leave.
This was the second occasion I have gone to this store. The first visit the wait was a little less but the product I received was of low quality standard and the grip on the shoes has been coming off. I won't be going back to this store, I was very disappointed.

Took my daughter in for her first adult size shoes and was impressed with the amount of time take to measure and fit them. I had gone to one of those shoe warehouses on Mkevoy St prior to coming here and left after typical cut price service. The extra price you pay at a decent store like this is worth it, trust me!

Absolutely the best running footwear store in Sydney. The staff take their time to ensure that you get the best shoes for your feet.

The treadmill with the low level camera is a really smart concept, as it shows clearly how your feet land when running.

I have purchased my last four pairs of shoes there, and love my current Brooks GTS.
