I picked out a fridge and booked delivery before I knew the measurements of my apartments kitchen. The fridge i picked was WAY too big so Sam helped me choose another one and told me it's fine if they swap them for me... my apartment is up a flight of stairs and not easy to get a big fridge into let alone swap it over... i saw the delivery guys as i was in store choosing the second fridge and apologised for the stuff around and told them how bad and silly I felt but they were the NICEST! They have all made me feel very valued and respected and looked after.

I haven't left a review before but I haven't ever had such good customer service so I thought people should know!

Great service fridges has been working for over 2 years

Bought a fridge. It didnt work, they were more than happy to pick it up and deliver a new second hand one, no extra cost on the same day.
Well that fridge has now died 6mths later and we had to put in a new fan $95. Now it had totally died 1mth after fixing the fan.

Not happy. May have learnt my lesson to not buy second hand electronics anymore.

Great price and quality! Bought a Queen ensemble brand new, heading there soon to buy some single beds.
