First of all, these guys... receptionist or mechanic whomever just won't give you a call back.
My 86 is subject to recall due to possible failure in the power steering. So I made a booking for this recall when I also needed to get the 9 month servicing done. On the day of servicing, they called back before the pick up time saying.
"We have ordered wrong part so we need to book you in for another date. We will order the parts again and give you a call back next week when we have parts ready, if not please give is a call"
I waited for two weeks without receiving any calls.
So I have called this Toyota Ryde again to remind them but they would not know what I was talking about. So I just had to book in for the recall servicing again.
Today was the service day so left the car to them in the morning and came back to pick up the car after work. What a surprise, same exact excuse came up, "We have ordered wrong part so we need to book you in for another date. We will order the parts again."?? 뭥미ㅋㅋ 싸펑피펑?

Toyoda Akio, I love your passion for cars, please do not let these people ruin your great company. Just get rid off people who doesn't want to work, bruh.

i came in 2 years ago with my wife to buy a car
And the experience that I got was so poor .so I ended buying elsewhere.
I heard Ryde Toyota was under new ownership and management so I was needing to buy a second car so I thought I would give Ryde Toyota ago again.
WOW what a change I was so surprised on how I was treated this time round .
The experience was so great thank you for treating me like a human and not just a sale my wife is loving her new Corolla

i took my camry to West Ryde Toyota to diagnost the overheating problem. I thought that they are the maker of the vehicle so they should know about the car better than anyone else. But they could not find out what the problem is. I end up find out the problem myself. It's the water pump that's wearing out and it's too weak. I changed the water pump myself and problem solved.
