Sabrina'S Flowers

Very poor service, refused to deliver where their predecessor did and was rude on the phone.

My daughter had flowers sent to me on Friday for my birthday. she lives in Brisbane. Unfortunately on sunday the flowers were all falling and were thrown out. Monday I went to the erina store as I always buy Singapore orchids there. I was telling the Asian lady working about how disappointed I was that the flowers were not good. She laughed at me and did not want to know about it. I contacted their other shop and the young girl was very helpful and friendly. But as usual no owner/manager available to speak, away on two weeks holidays. Don't buy from here unless u see the flowers first. Don't order over computer as its obvious fresh ones aren't used..
