I started Jazz and Contemporary dancing when I was 7 years old. I loved dancing but felt restricted with the choreographed movements. I had to think too much and was yearning to practice something that was free flowing and would help me get into my body, feel the movement and connect with the music.
I found classes like these and loved them, so much that I trained to be a teacher. I found the passion and freedom within myself with this type of movement. Ultimately, the sharing with other women is what I'm excited about.
