A midday booking today, table wasnt ready, finally we were allocated a lounge area, whilst still waiting for our setting of nine to be sorted out, sat down after 12:30, slow in between meals, left around 4pm, i get its a lovely setting and great for a lazy arvo of wine etc, but if a booking has been made at midday surely you guys can get the transition of breakfast to lunch correct, lovely wait staff made up for it, other large tables seemed to be served promptly, I guess a matter of not what but who you know in this place, first time and probably last unfortunately as we did have high but not unacceptable expectations, experienced operators with two other venues please get it right asap!
