We deliver Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training Courses.

Our courses are essential for Teachers, Parents and any other person who lives or works with young people. We have a range of courses available:

1. Youth Mental Health First Aid - 14 Hours
2. Mental Health First Aid for the Suicidal Person - 3. 5 Hours (Coming Soon)
3. Mental Health First Aid for Tertiary Students (Face-to-face component) - 3. 5 Hours + Online Component
4. Teen Mental Health First Aid (School groups only) This course is for 15-18 Year age group - 4. 5 Hours

Our most popular course YMHFA is an accredited 14 hour course that will give you the skills and understandings to assist a young person experiencing emotional distress. You will learn to identify, approach and support a person you are worried about. All content in this course has been research proven to be accurate and effective!
Instructor Mark Smith is an experienced Special Educator and MHFA instructor. His presentations are highly engaging and include insights gained from a successful career supporting young people and adults with Mental Health diagnosis.
