Upon moving to Sydney, Enrico Sini and his partner Stefania decided to open a new pizzeria that would serve up the real taste of Italian Pizza on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. As an authentic Italian pizzeria, Sale Pepe opened its doors to customers in July 2012 and has been winning hearts ever since with its delightful menu, friendly ambience and great service by young and enthusiastic staff.



The Pizzeria

‘Sale e Pepe’, which literally means ‘Salt & Pepper’ in Italian, is a fun place bearing an all-Italian theme – right from the red colour that is linked to our love of fresh tomato sauce spread generously over pizza bases to the items on our menu. The setting is rustic with a modern touch, where you can actually watch your pizza being baked on an open wood fire oven. The atmosphere is casual, welcoming and just perfect for a relaxed meal or a quick nibble.



The Main Attractions

The Sale Pepe menu features a variety of traditional and gourmet pizzas, delicious pastas, calzones, salads and desserts. However, the star highlight of Sale Pepe is the authentic Italian wood fired pizza, handmade with freshest ingredients and loaded with delicious toppings. Most fresh ingredients used in our preparations are local Australian produce with the exception of Proscuitto, buffalo cheese and tomato sauce, which are all specially imported from Italy to retain the original Italian flavour that Sale Pepe is best known for.

At Sale Pepe, we really care about every aspect of dining. We make sure our customers truly enjoy what they eat, whether they are eating at our pizzeria or opting for the delivery or takeaway service. Food is always served hot and fresh, either at your table or at your address!
