It's funny isn't it, we had preconceived ideas about what life would look like at this age, and suddenly we are here and it doesn’t look like that at all!
It’s not the ‘age’ it was supposed to be. We are not part of the old paradigm, we are leading and changing a new way of thinking.
Our hair maybe grey or red; we maybe a size 8 or a size 16; we may have grandchildren or still supporting our youngest to find their feet, but we will not be defined by preconceptions. We are a powerful force with money, time and technology.
But sometimes we face our own challenges - from within!
We know the value of time and don’t want to waste any being frozen in doubt or inaction.
We want to be the best possible version of ourselves and heal any self-sabotaging patterns that stand in the way.
We are ready to embrace success, on our terms, but want to quieten the limiting self-talk that is sometimes loudest at 2am.
With over 35 years working with thousands of women, I work with women just like you, who don't want hype but just want to clear the limitations, create transformational changes in our lives and get on with the business of success.
I provide support, programs and mentoring using the evidence based modality of tapping to quickly, powerfully (and often permanently) erase the patterns that hold you back.
