The venue, an elevated, modern, loft style space on iconic Victoria Street, is spread over two levels with Salon De Thé featuring French Vietnamese cuisine and Bar De Thé, Sydney’s first martini bar.
French for tearoom, Salon De Thé features an intimate dining room with a large enclosed balcony and seating for 46 where wait staff are clad in chic silk and bartenders wear bowties.
Salon De Thé’s modern take on French /Vietnamese, one of the world’s most popular low calorie cuisines, will be full of flavour, chilled and aromatic, soft and crunchy, hot and sour, rich and spicy, peppery and fragrant.
The menu, by chef Julien Perraudin [Botanical, Melbourne] , features seasonal produce, aromatic and herbal influences, infusions and tea smoking, dishes full of personality. A selection of palette cleansing house blend organic tea, vodka, tea cocktails, wine, rosé and champagne will be on offer.
