Salon TWOSIXSIX is Sydney's Boutique hair salon to the Stars and the beautiful people of Sydney, YOU. We are located in Darlinghurst, in close proximity of Oxford Street and Taylor Square.
We are inspired by the incredible capability and beauty of hair and the dynamic fashion industry that surrounds us. We are committed and dedicated to making men and women the most BEAUTIFUL in Sydney.
Our philosophy at Salon TWOSIXSIX is to bring our clients the highest level of hairdressing in a relaxed and Zen environment. We strive to meet the needs of our clients on a personal level as everyone is an individual and their hair must be approached with care and finesse to meet the absolute highest expectations.

🚨 TRANSFORMATION ALERT 🚨 how we took our client from a level one root / level 10 end with no blend - to this beige blended balayage 🔥 we want to share the formula with you all and the process, a lot of work went into making sure the colour was seamless on its own 🔥
To start, we did full head of BABY LIGHTS using XD POWDER + 20 vol , PCC bond rebuilder by @labiosthetiqueaus 🖤 toned 2 times. The first time was to create a transition colour and 7/3 with 10vol + 20 vol was used,... the second toner was applied after this was rinsed and 6/1 + 7/1 + toner lotion was then applied 🖤 HAIR EXTENSIONS were 4 packets of @seamless1 25 inch, 2 x COFFEE AND CREAM & 2 x MILKSHAKE . Went in with already blonde hair, discussed what I wanted which was a subtle change with foils on some the darker bits of my hair, majority of my hair was blonde anyway so they toned the rest, thinking I would get charged the same price as last time which was reasonable as I had the same thing done. Upon check out they told a whopping price saying it was the ultimate blonde package - how can I be charged that blonde package when I was already majority blonde to begin with and it def wasn't a full hair or foils. I asked them to break it down as I didn't understand why I would get charged this and they gave me some bland response as that's the procedure.
Mind you, when I arrived the hair dresser didn't even explain that it's part of the blonde package, only what I wanted done. Now reading this I didn't even get offered champagne, was made to sit and wait while he attended other customers (I was there ALL day) then got charged an enormous fee on top of toner + olaplex that wasn't included !
I defiantly got ripped off. I was still balayage when I left so wasn't all blonde (which I didn't want to be anyway but got charged for it). Since it wasn't communicated that I was getting a 'package' I never asked for, I told him I don't need a blow dry since I didn't want to pay the extra cost- well he said ok and left. Not even communicating it's part of the package.
A definite rip off of a place.
The balayage that was meant to blend seamlessly from the dark to blonde bits but looked like a bright patch of blonde from the middle of my hair. Oh but they said it would wash off - never did. I was also concerned about the vibrant orange some of the pieces looked and said to come back next time and they'll do it in the next session. This also wasn't communicated to me prior !
They did contact me after I facebooked them with the concern of my hair and was told if I remove the negative feedback they'll do it - free of charge.
The point is I don't WANT to sacrifice another weekend to sit in the salon all day.
PS; I booked with Nikki or Sarah after seeing their work on instagram and got a new guy ...
That place needs stronger management.
