Salon White

I booked an appointment at Salon White and Audrey greeted me with a wonderful smile. Another hairdresser, Rhanda was lovely and showed her expertise and skill on three other clients and the results and smiles on their faces was magnificent. As for me, my hair was being coloured by Audrey and during this time she offered a drink, listened attentively to my desired colour and expertly bleached and treated my hair. Not to forget, the owner Ghanza was a wonderful and polite lady who offered to help me even though I wasn't her client. These three ladies work efficiently and cooperatively to deliver amazing service and results to their clients. Would highly recommend everyone to go to their Mortdale salon.

First class experience. Beautiful salon. The stylists made absolute sure you were comfortable every step of the way. Further to that, she really took the time to understand the outcome you wanted. Fabulous results. Would definitely return.

I just happened to walk into this salon and was greeted by Audrey who took my hair from lifeless to a beautiful trim and bouncy luscious locks. She was extremely courteous and offered a hot drink. Fabulous experience, I would recommend.

I've been going to Salon White (formerly Hair By Ghanza) since 2006 and have always walked out feeling and looking amazing, and that's a testament to the experience they have in the industry and passion for what they do. I highly recommend visiting Salon White, you will not be disappointed!

BEWARE LADIES WITH UNCONVENTIONAL HAIR COLOURS
I went to Hair By Ghanza with pastel pink hair just for a simple wash and blow dry. After getting my hair washed I was taken to a chair only to look in the mirror and discover my hair was now RED! I asked the hairdresser why had my hair gone red and she told me that my hair was faded so she decided to use a red shampoo to brighten the colour... WITHOUT TELLING ME! Just to clarify my hair wasn't faded it was PASTEL! So it's obvious they have no idea about these kinds of colours, but the worst part was she didn't even ask before using the red shampoo nor apologise when I was clearly upset. I asked her what we could do to change this as I did not want NOR ASK for red hair. She told me we could wash it out as it was just a shampoo. I politely asked her to do this. After 3 shampoos the red still had not completely come out and I doubted my hair could take any more shampooing so I was stuck with it. The hairdresser then proceeded to blow dry my hair while violently tugging on my hair, not impressed. I have since washed my hair twice with lots of shampooing and the red has still not completely gone. All I asked for was a simple wash and blow dry and what I got instead was an absolute nightmare! Here's a tip, you should ASK someone before deciding to just change their hair colour! I will NEVER go back here and would not recommend them to ANYONE especially if you have an unconventional hair colour like mine (pink, purple, etc.).
