Looking for pics to help show you that you can't outrun a bad diet.. and some of them were quite brutal hard truths... but... if you want results, eat like it, train like it, and rest... but most importantly, make healthy choices everyday, small progress = BIG RESULTS!

New shirts are in!!
Eating right can be tough! Meal planning is important to help us make healthier choices.
Making simple switches (such as from white bread to wholemeal) can make a HUGE difference in our progress.
If you have trouble eating Breakfast, why not try making some overnight oats, or a breakfast smoothie?
... I'm on the smoothie bandwagon at the moment in place of my 3 coffees to get me moving for the day!
Today's smoothie choice is a Mean Green! Sooo delicious! I cant even taste the kale! 😁 Full of essential vitamins, a scoop of protein powder and filling without being too heavy!
Why not give it a try?!

Coming soon ~ Progress Updates!!! We have had a couple people do their 6wk assessment with Great results! 1 more to go tonight and then I will be posting an update over the weekend. These people have been consitant in their training, they are becoming stronger, leaner versions of themselves. Each session I am amazed by their commitment, strength and changes. I can see the difference each time they step into the gym. I am so proud of you guys!
