Not a repair point, I took an S7 in with a black screen, apparently UK Samsungs are made with different parts and software to Australian ones. No possibility of Samsung Australia even looking at it, "Take it to a third party repair shop and void your warranty" Unless you are buying don't bother.

Update, as instructed by Samsung Sydney I took the phone to Spain Mobile in Ashfield Mall as that is near to where I am staying. The helpful chap there restarted the phone in safe mode, updated the software and rebooted it. Working once again and at no charge!
No danger to the apparently worthless Samsung warranty.

Really disappointed with Samsung. Had a screen problem with my note8. Staff were very helpful but no one could fix my phone because apparently "technician don't work on Sundays".

I got told I had to leave it for a couple of days and come pick it up once they contact me. I asked for a replacement phone and they said "we don't have any left"

So not only did I have to leave my phone but I got sent on my way with just my SIM card and no way to use it.

It's really unbelievable that Samsung want to compete with Apple yet there unable to pay a technician on Sundays to fix their products on the same day.

This reason alone, is enough to choose another competitor.

I've read a lot of negative reviews on here before I went to the store, to get my S8 screen fixed, so wasn't expecting much. However, the service was super personable, LOTS of staff to help, so no waiting times. And: The staff helped me with a quote for my insurance, without needing to pay for it as so many repair shops do. And the quote was WAY CHEAPER than any other places. I left my phone there in the morning, and was able to pick it up the same day, with extra service, replacing the battery as well. Thanks a lot, guys, great experience!

My phone died a couple of months outside of warranty. Aria was very friendly and helpful and sorted me out a with a new phone. Really happy with the service and would highly recommend!

I was served by Kenny this morning who assisted me with my issues related to my Samsung S4 device. Kenny clearly outlined the process for trying to resolve my phone issues and he was very thorough and demonstrated excellent knowledge and brilliant communication skills throughout the session. Kenny went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and his expertise was of the highest standard and he made time to answer and respond to my concerns and questions. My customer service experience was outstanding and it was just an absolute pleasure dealing with staff members who are so passionate and sincere in assisting customers. Kenny deserves nothing but the highest accolade for the service he provided me with today. Thank you so much Kenny and I hope management go out of their way to commend him!

I recently visited the store with my partner for a repair matter. The phone was ready to be collected, but when I visited the store an unforeseen medical emergency had occurred and the store was closed. Despite being informed that it would be best to return the following day, which is completely understandable, I received a call well outside of business hours from the staff member, Kenny, who was assisting with my matter. Kenny taking the time to call me from his personal phone, in his own time, shows the level of dedication he has to providing the highest level of customer service. It was absolutely not necessary for him to do this, but it was certainly appreciated. To everyone in the store, I hope the person who suffered the medical incident is okay and has a quick return to good health. The manner in which you all handled yourself at what was obviously a distressing time, should be commended. You've created a great culture at your store, and for that you should all be commended.

I want to bring to your attention that your staff member Michelle provided me assistance on Sunday July 2. She assisted me to set up my new S8+ her customer service assistance, support and professionalism, together with her can-do attitude and the eagerness to assist me has blown me away totally. Michelle taught me how to download, add apps and set my new phone up. Thank you for having such a brilliant staff member makes us feel so comfortable. Thank you Samsung.

Excellent service.

I recently came into store to fix my device hoping to be done quick. Unexpectedly I received a replacement phone on the spot and it was all covered in warranty. The replacement phone turns out to be a like to like or refurbished phone but it's working great and happy to leave the store with a phone that works.

The staff members were professional and kind. A huge thanks to Ryan who served me on that day.

Notes: the reason why I was offered a replacement phone was because my phone had no physical nor liquid damage and they had a stock for replacement.

Check out all Samsung has to offer and speak with brand subject matter experts. Just don't expect to get any beneficial pricing here... Everything is full recommend retail price.

Was really hesitant to go based on others feedback, but received excellent reception when i walked in, waited for my booking and was warmly greeted by their support staff. Samsung provided options to ensure I walked away happy. If you do go, ensure you have all your paperwork ready, especially proof of purchase with an IMEI number.

Its been exactly 80 days since I handed my note 5 for repair under warranty and I still have not got my phone/ replacement back.

Timeline -
@ on Day 46, I get notified that the my phone had to be replaced, I did express my preference to be the same note 5 or S7 edge due to the similar big screen and the fact that I have been using Notes since Note 2.

@ on Day 59, Samsung notified me they can only offer S7 black and to avoid further delay, I accepted the offer hesitantly on day 60 (30 Nov 2016)

@ Day 80, its been exactly 80 days today and I still haven't been able to get this resolved. Not to mention the numerous phone calls I have made during the whole process and the waiting time on "hold" before you can actually speak to someone.

As much as I love samsung phones, its sad how the service lets us down.

This place is very poorly run, management here are incompetent, as are the staff.

I went here to repair my S7 & they said there were part shortages, a month later I received a call to come in and waited over an hour from the appointed time. Than they said they wont repair it.

You will get better service if you switch to apple and a better product. Here at Samsung, they love to give you the run around and are a big time waster.

I bought the problem to the manager, who couldnt care less about wasting peoples time. I asked who to take it further to, he gave me a number which I rang immediately, obviously it went no where & they do not care about their customers.

Seriously guys look else where! It will take a repair or some support to see how little they will think of you.
Would give negative stars if I could.
