This is the second car I've bought from this dealer and I can barely fault anything. All level of staff are professional and show genuine interest in knowing what you want, which may be why their rating is so high compared to Mercedes over in Alexandria. I am confident that I will be buying from these guys my third car.

Damien Harris is the man! He helped me with the purchase of my gorgeous pre-owned E class. I'm a real estate agent and have heard all the sales pitch but Damien was a straight shooter and sincerely wanted the best for me! He under promised and over delivered, and together with Gary Swanton they made me feel very, very valued.

The car is immaculate and I got a much better deal than other Merc dealers I visited. My questions were promptly and courteously replied to ,and supplemented with additional relevant info. And I know a great deal when I see one! Thank you guys for helping me own my first Mercedes! I am a proud owner and you've made this process even more memorable!

Having purchased a Merc I was of the misguided belief after sales service would be as good as the service when handing over piles of cash (figuratively). How wrong I am.....!!!! Sandersons could care less about me as a customer now Mercedes has my money and it shows in the service you get from them. I will never have my car serviced by then ever again. Having had a few issues with the car the level of disrespect and flippantly arrogant attitude from the service 'staff' is abhorrent. I have never met more arrogant and rude people whom are supposed to provide customer service. Ironically the service manager is the worst offender...

Service is a worry, they should told customers if there is any extra charges, not the way opposite, not recommended~

appalling service, my partner and I came in to have a look at the GLA and GLC told the man helping us that we were still comparing models as we were not happy with our BMW X1 at the time and were still considering between buying a different BMW or a Mercedes. he asked when we would be buying the car and we said maybe within that month as we have really busy schedules. all month he kept calling and by the end of it i said politely that we had decided to spend the money else where but in honestly we just didn't want to deal with this guy, he grunted and hung up on me...
never going back and definitely taking our business elsewhere

I've just been there for the 12-month service. Basically they got the job done and washed the car as part of the service. However I found the gentleman who handled my case was rather arrogant. There was no initial introduction of himself (I mean name for example). After I mentioned some of my concern of car he just turned his back on me and walked back to his office. There was no 'good bye/see you' at all. It was like our conversation came to a sudden stop. Same as he did when I picked up my car in the afternoon. There was not even a single 'thank you or see you/bye'. I felt I was not welcomed at all. I went to them because of all those previous good reviews published here. Now because of this gentleman (S. S.) I won't go back again!

I recently purchased on 14th July 2016 a Mercedes Benz 350d Coupe GLE. I was welcomed at the dealership by Senior Executive Phil Sanders whom I found extremely polite, professional,eager to please with an amazing knowledge of all technical and operational information including specifications regarding what was to be my 350d Coupe. When test driving the vehicle I was simply overwhelmed with cars performance and Phil's instruction regarding all of the features of this amazing car. It basically drove itself.

Will Sanderson the CEO and owner of the dealership greeted me on all attendances and also gave me the most amazing service. I was able to track my vehicle from the completion of manufacturing right up to its delivery in Australia. Phil answered every telephone call I placed or if not available returned my call as soon as possible. All emails were also returned promptly ! There was absolutely nothing that Sanderson's could do that wasn't just perfect! I have bought many cars over the years and I have never had such a pleasant experience regarding purchasing a car. I traded my pre existing vehicle two prior to taking delivery of my 350d and I was provided at no charge with a demonstration Mercedes, top of the line to drive until my car was ready for delivery. The equipment on board was very similar to my car which gave me time to familiarise myself with all the technology. Upon taking delivery of my car it was shrouded in a black silk cover , I was presented to celebrate my purchase with a bottle of Moet & Chandon Champagne , it was quite the experience.
