I believe that this shop isn't getting the reviews it deserve, when I went there they were very helpful and polite.
Extremely offhand and unhelpful! Bought flowers for my parents anniversary, asked a few questions re what flowers would keep longest etc, and to be honest, found the staff to be unfriendly and unhelpful. Wish there were another florist locally, we would switch in a heartbeat.
Disgusting rude service expensive prices and poor quality flowers I won't be going back
