I'm a passionate nutrition and health advocate and an Accredited Practising Dietitian. I hold a Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics (Honours).

I enjoy teaching people of all ages and backgrounds about healthy eating, and providing simplified nutrition information and realistic, practical advice to help clients build long term healthy eating habits. I provide personalised, comprehensive nutritional assessments, and can also assist with the dietary management of a range of medical conditions such as diabetes, PCOS, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and obesity.
