Sauer's Bakehouse has grown rapidly from a one man operation to an organisation which now bakes award winning and quality bread in a modern 1800sq metre plant located at Minto in Sydney with over 90 employees. We attribute our business success to our strong emphasis on quality and consistency of our products. We are one of the proud manufacturers of Turkish Bread products. We have effectively implemented globally recognized food safety & quality Management Systems. We are certified with SQF 9 Manufacturing & Quality Code, WSEP Requirements, ALDI Supplier Requirements, HACCP, GMP, Kosher & Halal Management System.
