Schneiders Sensations hand pours every single candle /oil diffuser ordered, along with using a premium natural soy /coconut blend (which is the Crème de la crème of natural wax's).
This blend of wax provides a flawless, even, creamy finish along with providing a beautiful clean burn.

To get the best out of your beautiful candle, please ensure to trim your wicks between burns and don't burn for endless hours at a time.

FROSTING /ADHESION'S
Please keep in mind as we do use a natural wax 'Adhesions /Wet Spots' or 'Frosting' is a completely natural and out of control factor to keep in mind. It has no meaning over the quality or burn time, it's simply just your candle reacting to temperature change and in some cases is the natural wax re-crystallizing.

REFILL POLICY
At Schneider's Sensations we are all about less wastage and pollution as possible, so we have enforced a refill policy.
Which means if you bring your existing candle /oil diffuser jar back to me I will refill your candle /diffuser at a discounted price! ! ! Which means you get the same beautiful product at a discounted price plus doing your bit to help the environment. Win, Win for every one : )
