Both Directors ensure Scope Contracting maintains strong Project and Construction Management principles implementing Cost Cashflows, Project Schedules, Quality, Commercial and Risk Management for each individual project, in-turn re-assuring its Client that each deliverable is being met to the highest possible standard. The day to day operations including bidding, procurement, planning, managing ground level resources both HR and Plant and Equipment is also managed by the Directors and carefully selected Managers. Scope Contracting is now an established business and continues to root itself in the utility infrastructure and civil construction market with a proven track record of delivering many successful projects. Scope Contracting knows and understands its capabilities ensuring it will never over commit and under deliver.
