Our experience with the staff at Scotts Honda has been fantastic. The full buying process of the new Honda CRV was great. I want to thank Scotts Honda for making this purchase special!

Booked appointment to replace faulty Takata airbags. Drop off in the morning and pick up in the afternoon. Shuttle service provided to/from St Leonards train station. Complimentary refreshments include tea, coffee, fruit juice, water, and biscuits. Waiting in the lounge area at reception was comfortable. The major newspapers were available for reading. All staff members encountered were polite and informative. Showroom looked very clean. This is a good dealership.

when i was looking for v-tec there was no other place Id rather go to get the vtec.

Anita from the sales dept is an absolute STAR! From the second I walked in the door on day one She dropped what She was doing to dedicate her full attention to me, made me feel welcome & like I was "one of the family". I would recommend Anita to anyone considering a new car. I had previously visited Audi & also VW & finally settled on the Honda purely because of her extensive knowledge, attentive service & humorous attitude. I cant speak highly enough of this experience! Took my 6 months Civic RS for a service, professional and warm serviced offered by Amanda. Spoke to Berry on the phone regarding the booking. Will come back again for my next service. So much better than Suttons Honda rosebery.

The sales team here was not interested at all to sell any cars to me today. No greeting, no "hello, can I help you with anything today?"
No brochures for the car I was keen on. The salesperson had to go photocopy the info sheet for me. For Honda, I sure hope they tend to give out more than the 3 pages I received.
The dealership would have been better off staying closed today, at least it would not have left the bad taste in my mouth.

I bought a CRV from these Guys (btw - Hornsby Honda & Scotts Honda are the same) - all good. However, when I was dealing with post purchase issues, and, servicing matters, I had the very unfortunate displeasure of dealing with "Nathan". This Guy was absolutely abhorrent - smug, condescending, would interrupt and correct you when discussing car related matters. And, was generally a real smart arse. Aren't I the client? What's worse, this person lived in the same complex as me. And, when he saw me, thereafter, would give me filthy looks.

good mechanical team sales staff are poor 18 months on and 15 phone calls i still have no idea about how to use the roadside assistance that they sold us as every time i ring they promise to sent out the info and never do. an email would even do i dont care i just want to know how to use the roadside assistance we paid for

My experiences with this Honda dealer have been poor. Firstly, rang to get a price on a service and it was far more expensive than that quoted by the Honda dealer at Blacktown. Next, tried to book in to get a re-call matter fixed. Unhelpful response. This was too hard for them and they would not do a Saturday morning appointment no matter what. I now make the drive to Blacktown where they understand what good customer service is, they do a great job and the price is right. Stay away from the (lack of) service department at Hornsby!
