Seabreeze Kitchens Description
Seabreeze Kitchens has been a market leader on the northern beaches for over twenty five years. Owners Anders Lawaetz and Darrell Waters and their team have designed, manufactured and installed over five thousand kitchens and enjoy a repeat and referral business rate of over seventy percent.

So what has made Seabreeze Kitchens the ultimate designer of choice for their clients? Well for a start they are one of the only companies that are fully licensed to provide you with ALL the tradespeople needed.
When you consider most kitchen renovations will require a joiner, plumber, electrician, tiler, painter and plasterer – imagine trying to co-ordinate all those yourself – it certainly is an enormous task, also in terms of time and worry, something Seabreeze co-owner Darrell Waters understands:
“Allowing Seabreeze to run the project from start to finish ensures better control and less opportunity for things to go wrong, ” he says. “In our experience, knowing what each of the trades is doing and when they are doing it means your kitchen will be installed according to plan. ”
Seabreeze has recently invested almost $40, 000 updating their design software so that it seamlessly integrates with the machinery in the factory. This design software, unique to Seabreeze Kitchens, ensures that not only are the kitchens built to perfection, they are also delivered and installed as per the schedule.

Had them build a new $40k plus kitchen. Their designer Claire is very good. Installation etc well coordinated. Quality job.
My wife and I had grand plans of a brand new kitchen which we would love and revitalise our home. We are left with a kitchen that we arent overly happy with and feel let down by the whole experience with Seabreeze.
Without one word of a lie we have had 2 designers working on this project, both owners of the business, one staff member hang up on us over a phone call, and another staff member fabricate a story about an interaction in the showroom. We have been charged for a product that we didnt select and forced to replace and finally they are attempting to charge us for something that isnt in the contract.
Now I appreciate in reading this it sound like we must have been the horror customer to have this level of customer service. That may be true in their eyes, however we have never had this kind of indifference from any business/ tradie that we have engaged to work on our house.
I am certainly not saying avoid this business but if you do plan on using them go in with eyes wide open. Maybe our experience was just related to the people that were involved with the project! Maybe....
