Seafarers Cottages

Loved every minute! We stayed for two weeks over summer and loved the place. We found the cottages to be unusually well appointed and the location is unbeatable! Being able to walk straight onto the white sands of Currarong, or to the rocks for a wander, or over to the swimmable rock pool a few minutes flat walk away was fantastic. We had guests over the weeks which included small children and also my older father. Everyone could get around so easily- just being a moments walk to everything was great. Loved the sunny bright atmosphere of the house which was tastefully and appropriately decorated in a jolly and fresh style.

After we booked some of our friends wanted to join us in one of the other houses but never managed to get hold of the owner to do so, which was a shame for our group. I was surprised at the time. However, let's be honest, it's not the owner's job to answer all enquiries after a booking.

When we were actually at the property, the owner Catherine stopped in to find out how everything was going and we found her to be kind and easy-to-talk-to, and she was so helpful and keen to solve any problems should they arise.

My Dad was so impressed with the digs he then booked a whole month in March which he has just finished! He said the same thing; we'll both definitely be returning. Currarong itself is great, and staying in the pick spot makes it UNBEATABLE.
