I have just been into the new Seaside Dumplings which I have been excited to see for a while since it was first rumoured.

My first impression was quite good. Nice and clean, friendly faces, bright and a happy place to be! Well done!

I understand how hard a start up business is, especially in Cronulla, however after looking at the menu I was slightly disappointed. The prices for meals ranged between $18-$30, something that I just wasn't willing to pay when I can go down to the other side of the mall to get the same meal for $10.

I was saddened to see the place empty however I believe if you would match or beat the prices of The Best Noodle Inn, you would quickly pick up business and reputation, and thus create a higher profit margin. It might be a loss in the short term but as you get more customers it would become a gain.

I sincerely hope that your business does well, because I can see that you want it to, you've put a lot of hard work and effort into creating it and it looks as such!
