Select Sports Coaching Fitness Description
We run a number of group fitness classes throughout the week, held outdoors in Cammeray Park. Personal fitness sessions are also available for one-to-one fitness training if you have a specific goal in mind. We also run cardio tennis sessions, both at Cammeray Tennis Club and at Mosman Lawn Tennis Club, which are a great way to combine getting fit with a bit of fun tennis.

Wednesday
1. 45 – 2 pm Strength & Conditioning
6 – 6. 45 pm Men’s Bootcamp

9. 30 - 10. 30 am High Intensity Interval Training
Friday
