Discussions broke down during sales time.

Cannot comment on their install quality, but a few things went wrong in sales.

First, our major requirement of being installed prior to summer went from "should be do-able if you jump on it now" to "very unlikely". I suspect they we telling us what we wanted to hear in the shop so they could progress with the quote.

Second, the written quote I received was incorrect by about $8k. Only when I phoned up to commit the job was I told of the mis-quote and the price moved up by $8k. Then, I was also told of the post summer install.

So, overall, a bit of a waste of time and effort.

all the good reviews on this company are from "employees" and their friends as directed by the owner of the company,can you trust this company?windows and doors are usually of sub standard quality
as they do not make the product ,defects are very common including
defected glass,scratched aluminium,locks not working fly screens don't fit .and it can take many weeks for these issues to be fixed as the company that makes the windows does the servicing.

A great company and team to work with especially Dennis who installed our windows. He was very professional and friendly and we had no concerns having him and his team in our home to complete the install. Especially when we were both working. We are very happy with the new windows and doors throughout the entire house and would definitely use Select again and highly recommend them.

Caitlin and the team at select were a great help when we upgraded all our windows. The explained the difference in glass so we picked the best level for insulation and tinting. The were always professional and were never pushy.

Terrible service from start to finish. Not only were they rude and difficult to deal with they take no ownership of their own poor work. They prefer to blaim the customer. Look around for other companies like "Airlite" they are absolute fantastic and really listen to you.

Don't use these people. Really bad customer service . Our band new windows leak water and this company take no responsibility
