Great place to play in the snow. Great for beginners and kids. Would prefer the toilets a little cleaner and a bit more outside and inside seating. Can't wait to return with the snow next year.

Great beginners slopes for new skiers, excellent ski class teacher and friendly staff. Good volume of lifts.

Excellent ski/snowboard destination for beginners/average skiers. Price is also very reasonable as compared to other ski destinations. BBQ area helps family to lunch/eating options. Cafeteria must make more options available to customers (there's hardly anything to fill yourselves up).

Suggestion: Toboggan area must have an escalator to bring people up. As most of the users are kids, they get too tired after 2-3 rides.

Upon arrival, we had to find staff to come to the desk to get tickets to use the lifts. We asked where do we go, response - go over there. And do you have any maps? Nope, when you go over there, just take a photo of the one that's on the board. Oh ok, great. So unhelpful. We were advised all lifts would be operational, only 2 were till 1230pm then 1 more opened. We also asked a lift operator if there was a bar to get a drink with lunch, response - yep, in the canteen head up stairs, bar is up there. Excellent. We go to the canteen, stairs are closed off... Staff advised that the bar has been closed for the past month on Monday through Thursday. As we went around the park we saw 2 different instructors being rude to the people getting lessons. One was yelling a a child for falling over as he was holding up the rest of the group and is not to fall over anymore!!! None of the staff appeared interested in being there. We are fortunate enough to work in a ski hire shop, and will not be recommending this park to people. For the price paid and the experience offered, it is worth paying the extra to head to one of the other resorts. I suppose 'you get what you pay for', but this experience was much less.

05/08/2017' Almost blizzard! I went alone with high hope and hired skis with two day pass. Skis were not waxed well... Dropped my two-day lift pass in a black diamond run on the first day due to my skill and weather +/- skis. I went to the info staff and told her I dropped my paper pass. Staff replied first with "Would you like buy again?" Or I was told to use slope for free but to WALK up the slope with my skis! I asked what to do second day. She replied come back and sit until somebody returns your pass in the morning, which sometimes happens. She offered me if I wanted to buy again. I asked why they could issue the pass again even with my receipt, "Somebody out there is using your pass." Shameful service...
Giving paper pass with a plastic zip tie is not enough in this world. Old ski jackets used to have clear plastic pocket around left sleeve for the pass. But I haven't seen those ski jackets for years. They never warned me not to lose it. They only emphasized to hang the pass out on the jacket somewhere. I complained to the manager. No help. I was told it was the same in all Australian ski resorts. I showed him Falls Creek plastic card. I am sure he knew he was not telling the truth as one of the business operator. Second day's ski rental also gone! I did not go back second day as It was two hours driving from home.
They claim so-called small business like themselves cannot afford chipped plastic card like the rest of the world. Well, it all depends.
A few more issues and I will help them correct all for the public.
Good family area in some aspects. I told a few fellow families not to take kids as this facility is understaffed and dangerous.

Small resort, best visited during the peak season when you get real snowfalls. Otherwise you get mostly harder packed ice from the snow machines. Good for a family visit with small kids though. A shame it doesn't operate at night

Took my kids there recently for their first visit to the snow and was a bit disappointed .

The facilities are old and in urgent need of renovation to bring them up to todays standard.

They tried to charge admission to the Toboggan slope so that I could take some photo's of my kids, even though I had no intent ion of getting on a toboggan.

The price of food is unbelievable, so take your own, and the attitude of the staff in the Cafe is pretty ordinary. While my kids were making up their mind of what they wanted from the very limited selection the girl behind the counter responded " That's alright I'm here until 4". When she told my kids that there would be a wait on their "Cheeseburgers" they responded "That's OK we're here all day"

For a minimal investment it wouldn't be hard to put a couple of benches around the Toboggan slope

The kids enjoyed themselves

Second time skiing for my 6 and 9 y.o and they had the best time. Very safe. Lovely staff. Recommended.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the instructors are wonderful - very patient with kids, it's very family friendly (it's not too large and not huge numbers of people) and far more economical then the other bigger resorts. The views are beautiful there as well. You can bring your own food if you want to and all the equipment available for hire was more than adequate. As it was both mine and my kids very first time seeing snow (and skiing), it was a very positive experience and I highly recommend it!
