Sempre Affamato cooking classes focus on teaching the fundamentals of Southern Italian cuisine including home made pasta, mouth watering sauces, bread and of course delicious sweets. This 4-hour in home experience includes cooking, eating our creations, some authentic Italian wine and antipasto. Our classes are small (max 8 people) and personal so that everyone gets the most benefit out of their time at the class.
