We had an urgent plumbing issue. Service Heroes came out to quote the same day, and fixed the problem the following day. All that came to the house were courteous, respectful, and asked if we needed anything extra while they were onsite. The 3 star rating is due to some issues we had post receiving the quote before the work was started, which the company worked hard to resolve. If you find their quote to be competitive, then you'll probably rate their service 5 star.

Pricey for a 1/2 hr service but they came less than 2 hours after I called and the service was impeccable, clean, professionally done. When you call a plumber for an emergency service (kitchen sink was clogged) you need a fast solution and this is what they provided. I recommend them to everyone.

The folks at Service Heroes are professional through and through. We had a sewer line break in the street, and, as new homeowners, we were pretty upset. My neighbor recommended Service Heroes as she'd used them in the past. The team at Service Heroes assured us it would all be ok, explained what the process was to fix it, and got the job done quickly and smoothly. We had a slight issue with the cement being uneven and preventing a door from closing and they sent a crew out to fix it a second time. The only criticism I would have is that there were some concrete splatters on my newly painted stairs but when I pointed it out, they cleaned it up immediately. Honestly, I am a really picky person and most folks wouldn't notice:). I recommend them highly!
