I shopped there today and 10 minutes before closing i was told NO FITTING AND NO PAYING BY THE RACIST ASIANS. Poor and poor customer service and the staff there speak asian language the whole time while at work instead of english,very unhelpful and rude staff members. I recommend people not to shop there.

The customer service is terrible!. The two ladies behind the counter are extremely unprofessional and were very rude towards me because I asked them a question. They were verbally abusive and they both demonstrate lack of mannerism and dignity. I had a really bad experience here! >

Terrible customer service! Every time I shop there I always think the staff are rude but atleast the clothes are cheap! Although today I had such a horrible experience and after being such a loyal customer I would never return! I bought a top a week ago and saw it had a huge hole. I lost the receipt but it still had the tags and they refused to exchange the top! I would rather spend a few dollars somewhere else and have decent customer service ! Unfortunately 0 stars is not an option.

Absolutely aweful customer service.

Went in to buy a pair of light green tights, only 3 pairs left, the one in my size had a dark brown stain. Asked for a discount. Offered 10% (not great for a stain but better Han nothing, it's for a costume). Item scanned a whole dollar lower than the marked price. The store assistant overrid the price to the ticket price. When questioned she said the ticket price was correct and that the system had not updated to the new price. I asked why an end of line stock item was being INCREASED in price and she said it wasn't, that's the marked price. I said yes but it scanned at a lower price (and I saw it) therefore I should be offered the lower price ESPECIALLY since the discount price offered was still MORE than the scanning price. She said no, I was wrong. I still purchased the item and told her that no wonder the stock was stained, because the counter was grubby (there were 4 Starbucks iced chocolate containers, 5 empty soft drink cans and 7 empty water bottles sitting on the counter). Absolutely filthy! She then told me to shut up. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour for any retail assistant. Do not shop here!

Appalling customer service and items are priced incorrectly so that when it scans at register staff wouldnt honour the ticketed price. Just one horrible experience, I strongly recommend not shopping there

Very bad customer service, no refund offered if you make any mistake plus the prices are placed in a deceptive way to make them look lower
