Our Physiotherapy practices are conveniently located in Westfield Shopping Centre, Bondi Junction and in Chatswood . Established in Sydney 14 years ago. . The practice's preference is to use research evidence based techniques. Emphasis is on appropriate hands on and therapeutic exercise to improve strength and flexibility so that a long term solution is provided. Hence recurrence is less likely. My unique approach assesses whether 'core muscles' are switching on and working which saves time and unnecessary injury. The practices are conveniently located in medical centres so quick access to medical intervention or consultation can be arranged if so required. This saves unnecessary travel time.
