SG Balanced Solutions works with your business to address all reporting requirements, including BAS /IAS, financial analysis needs, cash flow projections and other financial support functions.
SG Balanced Solutions can be engaged to work with a business to identify their needs and support the existing finance capabilities, providing leadership, structure and improved processes, or as the finance solution to “bridge the gap”, working hands on with the business or individual consultancy. The engagement model can be tailored to suit your business requirements in an ongoing capacity or for shorter term assignments.
Fees can be structured based on services selected and blended rates, or fixed cost retainers managed.
