So we just spoke to Santa himself and he is very excited about the Christmas at Shady Pines party tomorrow. He has brought his favourite elf with him and they promise to put on a good show for all of you! If its anything like last year, they were definitely the life of the party!
Come tomorrow from 2pm, get in early because its going to be a big one. The Sweet Jelly Rolls and Extension Chord are both fired up to put on a solid performance for you.
We have more Jameson Irish ...Whiskey and Young Henrys than you can ever imagine so come in and help us get through it.

You might remember our Christmas party last year. Or parts of it. It was a bloody beauty! Santa showed up and I'm pretty sure Mrs. Claus found him asleep on the porch with a bottle of Jameson. WELL! He's out of the doghouse and we're unleashing the beast once again! Join us on December 17th for some cracking live music provided by The Sweet Jelly Rolls and Extension Chord. There's a metric tonne of Young Henrys and Jameson Irish Whiskey, so boot scoot into the night with Santa and his crew. Doors open at 2pm. Make sure you're in early, because this DOES NOT slow down. Extension Chord tonight from 6!

As part of Keep Sydney Open, a weekend long Surry Hills fest is cookin' under the banner of MEET ME IN DARLO. We'll be opening doors as per usual but raising the spice a few rungs by slinging some great live Country also. Americana boys, SATELLITE V from 7:30. SATURDAY OCT 21.

A monumental shift has occurred, the bedrock of Rock bearing one more chasm. With Tom Petty's very recent passing, we're both honoured and incensed to present the floor for The Glorious Spies to pay musical tribute. The Spies are comprised of notable dudes, all well equiped to collaborate on this spur of the heel, one time only event. Their tour hardy pedigree, musical nouse and passion for Petty should make for an extraordinarily memorable tribute. Let's have fun with this one. Do tell your friends, we're throwing it for free and every one of you is invited. Doors are 4pm. Tom Petty Tribute 7pm.

I have just returned from a few casual drinks to check my bank account and can see that I have been overcharged when using PayPass at Shady pines (Wednesday 4th Feb) . I purchased 1 whiskey Apple, one glass of White wine and one spiced rum Apple, all of which should have been approx $8.50-$10. I have been charged $8.50, $9.00 and $40.00. I am not quarrelling over 50c but to be charged $40 for one drink is absurd. My friend (Kerry Jones) has also been overcharged for one drink at the same.

I am wondering if perhaps we were charged for bottles of wine rather than glasses.

Please arrange for this to be reimbursed as early as possible.
