A busy day at Shammys Glendale today. Today we farewelled our iconic VW beetle. This is the beginning of our new refurbishment at the wash. All our thanks again to all our valued customers during this period.

My parents have always gone to this car wash at Glendale. Pay $17 for an ultimate wash this includes for the car to be shammied off by the staff there. Not today the rude man there, when approached to ask was he going to wipe the car, he told my dad no he wasn't going to do it was lunchtime. It was approximately 12midday. No sign saying this service wasn't being offered at this stage. My dad asked for half his money back and was told rudely NO. My parents said they have always been treated with such respect but the young fella they have seen the last few times, today included has been extremely rude.... My dad said to him well I won't be back and the guy said good....
