My Story!

MYLIFE-MYLOVE-MYALL

I love this life - I love the navigation process - I love embodying this lifetime.

I am here to learn, to love, to share, to serve, to give, to create, to be a full expression of myself, to provide safe spaces, to create a ripple effect of thought in this human experience within me and others.

I love helping others navigate this life and love provoking thought for discussion and self-reflection.
I love dancing the dance of self-discovery and self-expression. I love helping others to dance too.

I am now a BIG thinker, prior to 2008 I was a BIG drinker. Don't get me wrong, I still like a drink, I am having a little wine now as I write this.

I now know my deep /big thinking was suppressed so I could FIT IN and be ACCEPTED by others. I would mask up and suppress my true self. I would drink to be more fun, I would sleep around to be accepted by boys, I would be a CHAMELEON and CAMOUFLAGE myself so I would fit into the environment I was in. I learnt to be the GOOD GIRL at home so I would go undetected as much as possible. I learnt that disappointing made me a BAD person, I learnt to please others at the cost of being ME.

In 2008, I started to discover the spiritual being I was and realised there was more to the life I was living. CHANGE WAS REQUIRED WITHIN ME, not others. This is when I started to navigate another dance in my life.

So much to unravel and so much still to do.

I've always had gift to support others, however it has come from a place of my own self-worth. I now know that if I have attachment to the outcome, it is my own self-worth playing out.

I've never fully owned this part of me until this facebook page. (26th May 2017 the launch of this facebook page) I am stepping into OWNING my gifts and my truth. This will evolve over time, I am sure, if it is not, it would be like I KNEW IT ALL (I believe we will never know it all). I will swing on the pendulum of life. I will be in flow, I will be in swamps, I will be Hi5’ing all over the place and I will be retreating for my own self-reflection. The things s, this is a human experience. It comes in highs and lows, it is here to provide contrast, so we can appreciate all aspects of LIFE.

With our EXPERIENCES, we can then CREATE EXPRESSION. YOUR EXPRESSION, MY EXPRESSION in this life time. We have been suppressed with conditioning for so long, it is time I /we all step into our own SELF EXPRESSION.
