About Shashi Senthan - Choreographer
Shashi Senthan, an experienced choreographer in various genres of dance. Began with urban styles such as popping, waving and krump, since then has branched in both South and North Indian styles known as Gaana /Kuthu and Bollywood.
With a combination of passion and hard work he has established himself as a talented performer and choreographer. He is in the works of beginning his own dance academy in Sydney's Western Suburbs. The aim is to promote dance culture these three styles Gaana, Bollywood and Urban.

All that I aspire to be is a motivator for others to pursue their passions, to encourage a more vibrant art community amongst Australian Tamils! There is a deficiency here, not of talented artists but a deficiency of those who chase after dreams!
... In 2017, I met many incredible independent talents like painters, singers, poets, entertainers, athletes, designers, fashion bloggers, vloggers, musicians, directors and dancers. All right here in Sydney ūüá¶ūüáļ! Only small percentage of these have pushed forward with their talents but so much more are lacking the fire to grow, express, inspire and step out of that comfort zone! That may be because you're comfortable where you are, or you've been discouraged and belittled to a point with no self-belief, perhaps you've been scolded by amma with the famous "what will they think?" line!
Reminds me of a quote, "Good is the Enemy of Great" meaning we settle for "okay" instead of working harder to achieve "AMAZING"! So if this message resonates with you! I ENCOURAGE you be serious about your goals, one day at a time WORK towards your DREAMS! Stay COMMITTED and CONSISTENT! You will be a role model and inspiration for the next wave of talent and if you lack self-belief, don't worry I BELIEVE IN YOU!
