Amazing honest stuff who dont put the product sale first and instead put the comfort and happiness of the person with the dress. They provide helpful ideas in dress alterations and are willing to go lower pn already sale dresses

Looking for " Mother of the Groom" dress, have been going online and checking, thinking I would have to have a dress made ( size 18), when told about Shazzam in Toronto....half and hour from where I live..
Walked into beautiful store with dresses everywhere enquired on what I needed and was taken to a 16-18 rows of dresses..Happily took my time found one in about 5 mins (size 16) tried it on and WOW perfect..
The lady showed me a pair of lovely shoes to try and a bag....which I was so grateful that the whole outfit looked great..Even had comments from customers in the shop , plus my partner....

After quite a few really terrible experiences wedding dress shopping, I was really starting to dread it UNTIL I came across Shazzam in Toronto. From the minute I walked into the store, I was waited on and helped so beautifully.

One of the ladies stayed with me for well over an hour and a half as I tried dress after dress until I found THE dress. Rhonda was so patient and so honest with me (she even stayed with me right up until the store was closing!)- it was so lovely knowing that the ladies at Shazzam care so much for every customer. It was a really personal experience which was so lovely. Not pushy service like some other bridal stores, the ladies just want you to be happy with what you choose- there is absolutely no pressure which was SO refreshing!

I ordered my dress and it arrived weeks before it was supposed which was fantastic as it needed to be altered. So great as well because one of the ladies (Tess) who works there is a dressmaker and is able to do any alterations needed which is so handy. I had my dress altered, hired my hoop and everything- it was just so easy and so stress free!

I recommend Shazzam without a doubt! I would so happily take me sisters and friends there knowing they would receive only the best service. An absolutely beautiful experience that made the whole lead up to the big day even more exciting as the ladies share in your excitement!

I am from a small country in Central NSW and had difficulty finding the right thing in my area. I found Shazzam online and traveled their after my hens weekend in the Hunter with my bridesmaids. The staff were lovely, friendly, down to earth and were so helpful. There's nothing more comforting then feeling comfortable around staff when trying on dresses. Thankyou so very much for your efforts and your wide variety. Your attention to detail and friendliness have made this process so much more enjoyable Meg x

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the girls at Shazzam that helped me envision and create my dream wedding dress. Nothing was a bother to any of the girls that helped me from start to finish. Everyone loved my gown and there were lots of great comments on the bridesmaids as well!!
