I have ordered the same sandwich from this shop every week for the past 6 weeks. Each time I have paid a different price and been served by either young inexperienced staff or cranky older ladies.

Clearly, the owners have no interest in customer service and don't understand the importance of consistency.

There are signs all over the place printed off and cheaply laminated advising the most bizarre rules such as:

"If you do not like your food, we will replace it. However, if you've eaten any part of it, we will not." - How the hell are you supposed to tell if the food is acceptable without eating it?

"No takeaway food to be eaten inside"

"Chairs have a weight limit of 130kgs"

The blackboard special has never changed: "A Jo-Burger and Can of Drink for $11.00 TakeAway Only"

When I picked up an eat in menu to try and decipher what exactly a "Jo-Burger" consisted of, I was quickly admonished by both staff advising me that the takeaway menu was different from the eat in menu.

The last straw for me was when my father attempted to order a burger and chips - he was charged $12.00 and when he questioned the price, was rather rudely told "well that's what it adds up too". The same meal was $9.90 on the eat in menu.

The shop closes at 2pm but it seems the service stops well before. This shop 6 weeks ago was my 'go-to' cafe whenever I was in Shellharbour.
