Shellharbour Village Motel

this is an average price.the price was costly for what it is. There is no Microwave which was a downside.
Its a two story old building which is very evident if you inside. It's proximity to beaches are the only plus, however the beaches nearby are not something you would like to swim in..it's all rocky beaches..for what it is I believe ita a bit costly.

I travel alot for work so finding a motel like this one to stay was amazing. It has nudged my previous number 1 down a spot. I cant wait for my next visit. Best nights sleep in ages. If all places were like this then no one would need to rate. 100% 👍

This is a great little motel, in a perfect location. Well run, friendly, clean, and comfy beds.

The Motel is conveniently located. Rooms are spacious and clean. Motel manager had been ready to help and immediately brought us one extra blanket when she learned that Grandma felt cold. Fast speed free WiFi is a bonus. I'd recommend to friends this Motel when they travel to this area.

The rooms were clean , the shower was great
The room was a bit small for 3 people, we had a family room which was really only big enough for a double. No good if you like to sleep in, they start cleaning very early.
No microwave facilities as no cooking allowed in rooms. Non smoking motel
Designated smoking area is a bench seat out in the side lane in the open.
Minimal toiletries and tea & coffee facilities
Nice area , many eateries just around the corner.
Manager is not very friendly to guests.

Good clean comfortable motel with awesome shower pressure. Stayed for 6 days, would have happily stayed longer, and the Thai restaurant is awesome.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The female manager was obviously having a bad day and taking it out on her clients. Not family friendly and will never go there again. Shellharbour is magnificent will definitely go there again.

Arrived half hour earlier than receiption exspected us. (12:30 instead 13:00) The lady, we asked to the receiption by ringing the doorbell (Owner) felt disturbed (had no lunch yet???). A very unfriendly and aggresive receiving. But rooms were ready !!! Could have friendly telling us that we shall just wait to 13:00. Later she malicously screamed and accused us suspisiously, that if anything will be damaged we have to replace. Sure we would, but nothing happend at all. If we would have booked for more than just one night we would have gone immediately. Besides this, all nice and very clean. Just shift the personal at the receiption, please. People in town are very kind and friendly so we made very good experiences. C.I. Germany

Nice little motel, good location.
Manager is extremely rude and aggressive, diagusting language in front of young children. Not children friendly.
