Went past your eastgardens branch today and noticed you had some nice rye bread. When the lady went to slice the bread we noticed a few German cockroaches crawling around the bread display. We told the lady what we saw and her response was "we have already told the bakery and they still have not done anything about it"

Needless to say we did no buy any bread and nor will we ever from any of your outlets.

If this is how management respond to the health and safety of their customers I dare say they won't be around for long once government bodies get involved.
