RIPPED OFF ANS RESULTED IN MY ORIGINAL HAIR COLOR.
Super disappointed. Initially the staff were great and service was pleasant but the got my colour completely wrong. Came in with a picture of silver, grey and had a 15 consultation and she said my hair was healthy and it would achieve the desired colour. Instead it ended back to black and a very subtle dark grey.
Was then asked to pay an extra hundred for her to fix the colour and the service immediately changed to nightmare hair pulling, bad attitude and pure rudeness.
I was very surprised considering the reviews and seeing some of the results but next time be sure what you want have a picture and tell them do not stray.

Really lovely service. Very obliging. Good service! Decent work. I just loved how I could tell them what I wanted and what they could improve on and they had just the most patience and smiles. They even helped put powder on my body!

I don't think he knows how to cut short hair, he made a gap on the right side and tried to hide it. When I found it he tried to fix it but he had no idea how to fix it to make it look less disaster.
A few friends saw me with the haircut, asked "what happen to your hair? Did you change your hair dresser? It look so uneven, what's the shape at the back?..." i was ❤️ broken😂

Before I went there I was a fraid of getting bad experience of cutting short hair, so I paid extra to get the top stylist, but the result just made me feel so bad, I almost cried.
Now I have to go to another hair dresser to get it fixed and pay for it, it's just gonna be extremely short.

Great service & lovely/friendly staff but terrible hair stylist. Didn't understand what i wanted at all. I would expect a hair stylist to be able to provide advice on a suitable cut based on face shape/type of hair but all they did was copy exactly what my previous hair dresser did. That's a trim. If i wanted a trim i would have asked for a trim. Disappointed.

Lovely friendly people and a good head massage, but VERY disappointed with the "directors" cut. Overpriced and underwhelming to say the least.

I went for a trim to give the hair some shape, so I suppose not too exciting for a stylist, however, it was the quickest and poorly done trim of my life. The layers put in are uneven (short on the left side of my hair and long on the right. Not all of my longer hair was actually "trimmed" so still have a head full of split ends. most of the time was spent just blow drying my hair and making it look nice on the day. After one wash the cut looks horrible unless I dedicate half an hour blow drying it.

Good service and skilled and friendly staff. I did a perm which was exactly like the style I chose in the magazine they provided. A bit pricey though, a digital perm for long hair costs $215, and does not last long. Within a month I see it starting to disappear :(

Wonderful care by the staff. They really make sure everything is taking care of, in regards to you and the hair. From ear caps, to scalp massages while applying the shampoo that are actually effective, offering delicious tea... it was a great experience. The results were also very good and exactly what I had asked for (!!!). Highly recommended
