About Shoretrack

ShoreTrack is a registered not-for-profit organisation based in the Nambucca Valley on the Mid North Coast of NSW, Australia. ShoreTrack is passionate about working with vulnerable young people, especially those at risk of disengaging or no longer engaged in employment, education, or training, to build their courage and resilience through skills development. ShoreTrack works closely with the community and local industry to provide hands-on work internships and achieve employment outcomes. How we work: ShoreTrack provides disenfranchised young people (aged 15-25 years old) with the holistic, flexible, and long-term support they need to: • develop work and employability skills• re-engage in education• get pre-employment training • secure employment • participate in their community Through this, we help young people understand workplace expectations (through trades and employability skills development), gain work experience and create links to community, industry and not-for-profit organisations. Who is ShoreTrack?ShoreTrack is a registered not-for-profit organisation founded by Jillian Ashley and Paul Ireland and supported by a board of experienced business owners, experienced educators, behaviour specialists, and executive officers of community services organisations. How can you support ShoreTrack?To continue our work with these young people, we rely on funding from various sources- grants, not-for-profit organisations, state and local government, local businesses, the community and most importantly, philanthropic support.
