Shucks Bar

Fresh oysters from different each regions each week are shucked to order and paired with delicious wines and local brews.

Why an oyster bar? The total delight of tasting fresh oysters straight from beautiful Moreton Bay created the idea for Shucks Bar – Brisbane’s newest fresh seafood experience on the Esplanade at bayside Manly.

All oysters are delivered live and unopened to the bar, including rock oysters from local and southern waters, and pacific oysters from Australia’s cooler states. We shuck all oysters onsite and within a couple of hours of enjoyment.

Head Chef Michelle has created a shared dining menu with a focus on fresh seafood and plant-based dining.
