I had a great experience with Silk and Sparkle and I would highly recommend to everyone! The clothes were beautiful to look at, of superior quality and they had great construction. They cater to larger sizes (AU 16-18) and can make garments for you too. The owner was very accommodating as my mum and I went in numerous times and tried on many outfits. When we finally selected one, the owner was happy to do alterations and she did so within a week. I went in for fittings twice, and I could tell that the owner not only loved clothes, but she knew what she was talking about, she had a great eye for detail and she understood the larger female form. I had bought a couple of salwaar kameez online for Diwali and they turned up looking atrocious. I was so upset and pretty close to tears and went to Silk and Sparkle to see if I could find some alternatives.
